I took one intro-to-copywriting course in college because they only offered that one class for the entire program, which is lame. Anyway, that one course was all I needed to make me want to pursue a career as a copywriter. I am still a beginner and looking for my first internship/mentorship or junior role. Essentially, I am looking for experience; I am by no means a professional, just someone who will one day become a great copywriter/creative.

So, for the most part, I am self-taught. I am not afraid to admit that I need experience. Which is why I am building this portfolio in the hopes that it gets me into the advertising industry so I can grow into a wonderful writer and help create big ideas for many brands and clients, but ultimately for the consumer reading what came out of my brain, which will make them want to go and buy that product or service.

A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Queens, NY. I believe that creativity is the answer to all that is wrong in this world. Although I am from NYC, I would really love to own a cabin one day. Maybe a motorcycle would be cool also; I like things on wheels.

I will keep updating this, but for now I am just looking for experience.
